Hey guys!
Hope you are well.
I was expecting to refund my deposit at my bank account but instead of that my balance became -440£.
Can I somehow take the deposit back to my bank account and continue paying my bills monthly ?
Thanks in advance !

Hi @Dimitrispat

If you have a minus in front of the amount that means it's credit. (I know it sounds stupid but that is how it's shown on your bill).

So it's looks as if your deposit has been refunded. Lucky you. wink

Welcome to the forum anyway. Welcome

If the deposit was there and is now showing zero it means the transfer process to your bank has been started.
