So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

We've set up a new thread for 7+ customers as we seem to have a different level of messed up from O2.
Done as I think this is a GREAT idea.

absolutely disgraceful stuff from O2 - no comms whatsoever and looks like no phone either. Pathetic network, 2 years on from the 6 Plus fiasco and it's exactly the same. severe de ja vu.
if the phone doesn't arrived, as promised, today then I'll cancel and take my business elsewhere.

OK so not only did my bro receive his 256GB Silver 7 Plus this morning, he also had a 7 Plus Rose Gold 128GB delivered for his other half too.
To confirm, he pre-ordered both phones, as upgrades, for home deilvery, at 17:30 09/09.
