So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

Ordered on the 11/9 black iphone 7 128gb last time I check they said it was "waiting for dispach" now they says its "ready for dispach" so hopefully

all I can say is im glad I did not order the jet black iphone I at least like to get my phone before I turn to dust

@smlondon lol! What a shambles from O2. I've learned my lesson from this and will be switching providers next time. I hope others do the same and punish O2 for not upholding pre-orders from long standing existing customers and actually rewarding new customers that can just walk into any O2 store and pick up a new iphone 7 today...
