Delivery expectations for iPhone 7?

So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

what annoys me is that there are all these youtubers goign around getitng like 10 of each colour and then destroying them grr one of those phones could have been yours or mine

My silver 128gb plus is saying order completed but the tracking number doesn't work. Order click and collect tried the shop today but no phone. The guy in there told me no pluses were getting dispatched until October. Clearly he knew nothing. Frustrating

it probably hasent been scanned at the main uk hub it will probably become live some time tomorrow at least you have a tracking number

Just wondering, I paid to upgrade early, if I so desired because of O2's appalling communication, could I cancel the upgrade and leave O2 by paying the remaining 25%? Or is that not an option? I know the terms are that they can't refund, but can you use it to leverage a buy out?
