Just been down to Car phone Warehouse to pick a new sim after cancelling my O2 contract/upgrade.
When he asked why, I said its to go in my Iphone 7+, he was surprised that I had that model as they are not getting any stock until the 7th October...so leaving O2 is the right choice...
How come a person in a store can tell us more than supposed customer services..

They canno't do anything I tried calling them and they are saying that their site is down so they canno't send any emails or check anyones accounts!
