@Toby please will you stop telling us that we will receive text updates when the vast majority of us have heard sod all (I've yet to receive any communication from O2 other than my order confirmation) and it is a bloody disgrace.
Please go onto the EE site to see how they are treating their customers!😡
I expected a delay in delivery because it's always the same with new handsets but what I didn't expect was to be treated so shabbily by YOUR company.
Kindly get off your backside and do something useful, please.😡😡😡

Just been down to Car phone Warehouse to pick a new sim after cancelling my O2 contract/upgrade.

When he asked why, I said its to go in my Iphone 7+, he was surprised that I had that model as they are not getting any stock until the 7th October...so leaving O2 is the right choice...

 

How come a person in a store can tell us more than supposed customer services..

I have not received a single
Text or email regarding the delay! @Toby we know it's not your fault buddy. But have a word with the bosses! All we ask is a little communication. What about the people who don't use this forum who are just sat around waiting for nothing!!!

They canno't do anything I tried calling them and they are saying that their site is down so they canno't send any emails or check anyones accounts!
