MyO2 also states..

So it would seem the early upgrade offer is from the pre-order date as opposed to the new phone recieved date which is good!

I don't know what to do now. 

I was just about to order from Apple instead and tell o2 to shove their contract, but if they are moving I might wait. 

What should I do????

It frustrates me that I can't see this information on MyO2, it literally doesn't exist. I'm happy peoples phones are starting to dispatch now though, how exciting!

Thanks mate They sent an email as well as a text. There's a DPD tracking reference that is not active yet. Hopefully tomorrow or Friday. It has been a stressful and quite unpleasant experience!
