Finally had delovery confirmation on Friday evening

Ordered 9/9/ 12.02PM 7+ 128GB Matte Black

I take it people are recieving their orders now as the posts are getting fewer.

Ordered on the 15th so hoping it wont be more than 2 weeks. With o2 business and they said 4 - 6 weeks from order date.

I feel it depends on what colour you have ordered as i dont thing that many jet black have been sent out from O2

Yep - I too got my delivery confirmation on Friday evening. My original pre-order was late afternoon on the 9th so wasn't expecting mine for a little while yet... but should arrive today!

Hope everybody else that ordered similar on the 9th by 3pm are also getting theirs. If not, just shows it's not strictly in order.

@jakee I agree with above, I think it depends what colour you ordered! I'm still waiting for my JB 128gb ordered 9/9 16:00. I know some JB's where sent out end of last week but unsure if it even scratched the surface of afternoon preorders! It looks like some MB have also been sent out but again unsure where they are up to with regard time priority!

32gb matte black is catching up. I ordered on the 12th, completed on Friday.

How do you know when your phone is at the store for click and collect? This last little stretch feels like the longest!

Hello all long time reader first time poster! shocking to see some of the horror stories so far regarding the customer service! i'm waiting for my MB Ordered at 12/9/2016 13:25 i think it maybe sometime! hopefully before christmas

@Gnomsie I'd try ringing the shop, they will tell you if your phone is ready for collection x

Ordered mine on the 11th, got told on Friday it had been dispatched and today got told it was out of stock and it could be another 6 weeks!
