This sunday will be the 4th week & still yet to have any communication from 02, whether it be an email, text or god forbid a call.
I haven't got a problem with waiting for our new phones, but not knowing how long you're gonna be waiting is a joke!
so on their website, it says if you haven't received your phones within 21 days you'll get up to 25% free data, well guess what.... that's today.. guess what.. still no coms from o2 other than the copy n paste effort we've all seen..
Well tonight, i've gone elsewhere, i am currently with vodafone, theyre ok, great signal strength in my home and FAST 4G. i had a look on carphone warehouse and in stock are two lovely rose gold iphone 7 plus 256GB on vodafone, £99 up front for 256gb compared to £69.99 for 128GB on o2, £68/month compared to £65 on o2, FREE 24 months of spotify premium, so now i can cancel apple music £15/month & actually saving money
called O2, told them so long, farewell.
All for the sake of an email to say sorry your phone hasn't come yet. you are ?? in line for the phone you want and we have an approximate date of....
I hope you all get your phones soon, never again will i deal with O2.

Update as of 10:00 06/10/2016 - We've continued to work with Apple and are pleased to say our stock situation for iPhone is improving. We will continue to complete our outstanding orders in the order in which they were placed.
Any customers who have not received their order as planned will have received a text to inform them of the latest status. We've been in touch with customers who were given a delivery date of 23, 26, 27 or 30 September, and will keep them updated when more stock arrives.
- Along with most people it seems, I haven't had a single communication from o2 since placing my order.
