I recieved my first text a 6pm yestareday ........ i thing there system is so overwelmed that it cant cope with so many.............

Was told on the phone to CS today that I would be waiting 6 weeks for my 7plus MB 32gb but at 5 I had a message with my tracking number in and now my iPhone will be with me tomorrow! Bottom line is that no one in o2 have a clue on what's happing with anything! I ordered at 9.28 on the 9th! Hope everyone gets ghere phones soon

they only opened at 8am so if you called in it takes 30 mins aprox to complete the order and its not until the order has been completed is your order placed.

Has anybody's tracking number started working yet? I got a dispatch notice yesterday so assumed I could collect at some point today but not sure.

@Anonymous Give it till about 8am & it should have updated & it would be clearer to you if you would receive it today or tomorrow.

In most cases it should arrive today.

Ordered (iPhone 7 Plus Black 128GB) at 9:15 on the 9th and got a text yesterdat saying "Good news, We've completed your tariff change" and my order status has now changed to "Completed".

I'm guessing my phone should be on its way very soon.. Fingers crossed!
