My phone/tariff upgrade has completed today and on MyO2 app it has my upgrade date as of the 9th Sept 2017.

I've just received an order confirmation email with a tracking number (no text confirmation though)!
I don't know how I did the original order but I seem to have a new number now, too! My new number is showing on my o2 but when I click on it it's giving me an error and the tracking number doesn't seem to work yet on DPD (or UK mail, who I've been told previously will be my courier).
I did get the text of doom earlier so hopefully the text of doom was an error and my email tonight is correct!
