@Othyn I don't think any of us has a monopoly on suffering the most by O2, we've all been messed about.  I actually ordered mine the early hours of the 10th, not the 11th.

Finally got my confirmation of tariff being changed and a tracking number, hope to recieve my silver 256 tomorrow fingers crossed. Good luck everyone else who has waited.

I also encourage everyone to ask for compesation.

@Anonymous

It's been emotional. O2 Phone pre-order, Apple order, O2 pre-order cancellation, tariff change, tariff rollback, discount. Fun fun fun.

Enjoy!

They can't do that. They have not supplied the phone therefore the contract is null and void.

Take it to any solicitor and O2 will fold, they have no grounds to keep your money, they have sold you a contract under false pretences.
