Quite bizarre when customers who pre ordered in September are still waiting!

At last writing this on my new phone! No compensation for the 3 month delay. Next upgrade marked as 18 December not 25th September as it rightfully should be so not happy at all. The phone seems great but this experience has left one rather scarred and it will take a long time for me to forgive o2 for the appalling treatment us Refresh customers have received.

I'd tell people to cancel and go to apple now as once o2 renew your contract when the iPhone 8 comes it'll be the same crap again. Apple said you get a email before the upgrade date to order the 8 where as o2 say you got to order it on your actual renewal date. I got my jet black 7+ and all I can say is it's 99% the same as my 6s plus 🤔 Don't feel I'm using a new phone.... I will say the camera is a lot better but that's it

Sadly we will still see the exact same thing happening for the iphone 8 but probably all new customers who haven't gone through the debacle this year.
