had to order again on the 5th of this month, black iPhone 7 plus 32gb as some woman cancelled my first order of the rose gold plus 128gb that I ordered on th 15th of sept. I've had a right bad time with o2 so put in a complaint x

Long time lurker here...
I have left O2 alone (only ordered mine on the 16th - 7+ MB 128gb) but this week got an email about my order - spoke to CS and they told me it would be delivered on thursday - Today is Friday and nothing - Spoke to O2 again and they said not yet been dispatched and to allow another 2 weeks.
Its their own fault for sending me an email about my order. Its a very poor show from a technology communciations company who simply cant send an message to everyone...
Oh well I will carry on waiting to see what happens soon (14 days and counting)
