Still no joy, ordered 256gb JB 09/09 and got confirmation circa 10:30.
I have been sent back and forth to the store five times, been told three times that I'll get my confirmation of delivery in 2-24 hours (never arrived), been told 4 days for delivery, one week for delivery and most recently (yesterday) was told that I'll have my phone next week. Let's just say I shan't be holding my breath!
I've emailed Mark Evans about the service, received a response ignoring the issues about service completely - I have replied reiterating the wasted journeys, lack of communication and false promises are my issue rather than simply having to wait!
Has anyone got their JB 256 ordered around 10-11 on 09th?
I am glad some of you are getting your phones at least- there is still hope that I can use it to send a happy new year text at least 😂
So live chat have just told me that my phone will be available to pick up in store this evening. Tried to ring the shop and it's just ringing out.
I also had a really weird conversation about the guru making my pyjama day better, clicking selfies with my new 7 plus. I know they try their best to be friendly, but sometimes im not sure if I'm onto o2 or babestation.
