Ordered Mb 128gb on the 9/9 at around 1130am, still heard nothing since order confirmation, now seeing people getting same spec that ordered after me.

well i ahve joined the legion of rats leaving the sinking ship, three will be delivering my phone monday (with a higher storage, a better deal, and actually supplying the phone), O2 customer was brilliant at cancelling my order and contract, if only they could have been that good over the last 4 weeks!! to all those holding on, i hope you have your phone soon and this debacle ends with a happy ending, best of luck to you all

it's funny because I ordered on the 15th got mine delivered on the 22nd, friend ordered his on the 10th and still has not received his, same model/colour/size. Strange

Still no comms about my MB128gb 7 plus ordered at 10.30 on 9/9. Sorry, sorry state of affairs this is. People getting their phones in no real order on here. @Toby Why is nobody even aware of these problems  at customer services ? Is anybody senior in this organisation even aware that these threads exist with thousands of posts on about appalling customer services, lies and deceit ? Surely there is a massive increase in people leaving O2 because of this and yet NOTHING can be seen by all of us on here is being done about it. 

Previously patient people are now being p****d off because your not even sending out in order now.

DIABOLICAL !!!!!!

At last I get the text last night telling me my order is complete and my tariff has changed...the jet black iphone+ 128gb does exist!

 

If it helps others know where in the line they might be I had order confirmation on the 9th at 8:10am.

 

I have a tracking number for my order but DPD says no results found...oh here we go!

 

Good luck to everyone still waiting.

I ordered +128 jb on 9/9 @1600 would love to tell o2 where to put their phone, but jet blacks out of stock at every network, looks like I'm just going have to stick it out and enjoy the fantastic service 😬
