have just jumped ship, have cancelled, carphonewarehouse are keeping an eye on my account and as soon as it says upgradeable today they are calling me back.
The refresh thing is pointless, if they can;t deliver a phone. I have 5 contracts in my house, all coming up for change at different times and we sort of pass phones down in order of age :-), so as soon as one is upgradeable next year will leave it alone until 8 is out, upgrade that and then we will all do our merry dance of phone swaps... Works well,
even if this messes up with cpw I am glad to not be giving my money to O2 for the phone itself. They do not deserve the money. CPW say they have over 2000 256gb MB 7+'s in stock, why are O2 finding it soo hard to deliver them.
Bit of a random question here but did any one on here receive info at the end of their order confirmation saying if your new phone isn't despatched within 21 days of placing your order O2 will give you up to 25% extra data a month for 6 months, and they'll credit the offer 14 days after your phone arrives???
Im late in the game I only ordered my phone on the 4th of this month so I know I have a long wait ahead but I was just wondering if any body else received this message too??? I'm hoping it's not just another lie by O2 to keep you hanging on and waiting around 😞

A shiny new iPhone 7+ 256gb in Black is winging its way to me tomorrow! More disk space than I originally needed (but can you have too much?) less money a month - upfront cost a bit more of course and non refresh but hey I'm not bothered now, I've got a new phone coming!
Cancellation was an absolute doddle with LC and very swift and painless.
