@Anonymous I suspect that is more of the famous O2 porky pies LC told me EVERYONE who was waiting have been texted

Different stories depending on who you ask

All I can say if O2 are the standard for customer services according to ofwat for the last 7 years then god only knows how bad other providers must be.

I just popped back on here to see if the saga was on going, cant believe people are still waiting for MB phones, i can understand JB given the manufacturing issues, but seriously the MB's and other colours still not shipped.

 

I made the jump to EE on Tuesday evening and had the MB 256 delivered at 8:30 the next morning.

 

Feel so very sorry for the customers still waiting, and seriously cant believe they still have yet to contact people, unbelieveable.

@Anonymous yeah I think that was more of the special LC truth twisting.

As far as I understood regarding the texts, it was for customers who's order was already later than the estimate at time of order. So to those who ordered in time for the launch date release, but didn't recover a phone on the 16th (although they missed big chunks of people).

I don't understand how the delivery estimate for 32gbMB is 2 weeks for new orders, and mine still isn't here. I'd thought they'd have had prelaunch orders done before it came down to only 2 weeks.

@Gnomsie O2 have taken customer crapification to a whole new level

If ofcom award them again this year then there is definite a con going on

I guess the chimps took Friday off from their phone organising as seen nothing happening today

LC told me they have all models now but JB still out of stock

Funny though you can order a 256 JB and it's showing 3 weeks while the 128 is 6 or more but LC also told me they had no information on the JBs

They are so useless it's funny

Most of us have had no communication whatsoever so don't really know

I guess next would be your delivery nitification but anything could happen
