I've heard nothing at all since 11am on the 9th. I have complained about the lack of communication and received a £30 credit, but still have no idea when my phone might arrive.
I've given up on livechat, for obvious reasons.

In the same boat here - MB 128GB 7+, confirmation received 9th September at 11.14am.
Fed up with all this faffing about, just want my phone now.
Repeated emails (one to the CEO), a couple of frustrating online chats, and one phone call to what I thought was a nice UK lady last Friday, who faithfully promised me she would call me back with a delivery date on Tuesday...and never did, just make me doubt the customer service on O2.
Sad, when you think what a rapport O2 used to have with Apple in the early days, and now it has come to this.

still waiting 7+ 128gb MB, have supposedly had an 11 quid a month reduction on contract for 24 months, but yet to see that regsiter on account, doubt it will, quite sure said just to get me off phone, but they can go back and listen to call if i do not get it.
