So I called O2 this morning & was told that my phone would be delivered today which I was confused about as when I called DPD they said they had no deliveries for the store(click & collect) for this week.

I then questioned the Upgrades agent who told me it's been dispatched yesterday on next day delivery.

Apparently not considering I just called the store who said they received the delivery but my phone is not there. Absolute waste of time & money after going all the way to Clydebank after being guaranteed it would be in.

Annoyingly my phone arrived at the local DPD depot at 6am this morning but wasn't loaded up onto the van for some reason, so as long as they can find the item in the warehouse, it should arrive tomorrow.

My current order still has up to 4 weeks to be delivered. The size above that only has a 1 week wait time. Despite this I've been told I can't change my order. I'd have to cancel and wait 7 days for a refund. What an utter shambles. Didn't think o2 could be worse than EE. Clearly I was wrong.

I am just off the phone to the o2 store in Belfast and they have told me they are not receiving any pluses until November. I pre ordered on 9/9/16 in the first hour and I got the text stating that my phone would be ready on 21/10/16 for click and collect. It was an iPhone 7 plus matte black 126gb and for weeks my order was showing "in progress" until yesterday when it changed to "complete" and I received a text saying my tariff was updated. I have a DPD tracking number. Maybe I've been fobbed off by an advisor and I'll receive a text later in the week.

That concerns me - that I'm going to waste my time going into my store and getting all excited but they won't have my order.. and I fear that if this is the case maybe lots of C&C orderers will be in the same boat.
