@Anonymous @Anonymous Thanks guys for the Apple upgrade tip.  Tried it this morning at 6am and actually got an iPhone 7 Plus 256gb in black available, I wanted the 128gb but at this point beggers can't be choosers.  So I tried to reserve it, selected the pickup store and time, then I noticed my phone number was incorrect once I signed in, so I went to change the number, by the time I hit the button to reserve I was told it wasn't in stock anymore. 

I'll try again tomorrow, this time I just need to make sure I complete it quickly.
