They say they do - but in reality who knows ????

I dont think anyone has actually seen anything improve after being told they had been put on the priority list

It might even make it worse for you and all they are dong is shufflng you down the queue

 

Like many things related to O2 and iphone 7 plusses -  We dont know, and they dont know.

Yeah, all seems really clueless, feel sorry for the people that ordered on 9th and still havent got their phone.

When I cancelled on Friday, the nice CS lady said I'd get my refund in 7 days. She then quickly corrected herself and said WITHIN 7 days.

@Anonymous people getting updated shipping information regarding their phones, being tagged with hefty weight (meaning big shipments) and all on different planes heading here. Page 509 I think.

Good luck all, I'm glad this is all behind me now. I personally won't be upgrading through o2 again, not after all this.

I honestly hope you all get your phones very soon, and you are a great bunch of people.

Got fed up with been told B/S from C/S for a week, so looked on Apple website and reserved to collet on Saturday morning from trinity Leeds, picked it up two hours later on Apple upgrade with apple care+ £50 per month for 20 months with option to up grade every year
