I have mentioned yesterday that I have a dead pixel on my 5s screen 😞
I have booked an app with someone from the Genius Bar for Monday
The question is, if the apple store replaces my phone what will happen to the one I have now?
I am on refresh so I'm paying for the phone separately
Obviously each phone has a different serial no and IMEI so would I have to pay O2 for the phone in full?
And what about my number?
Cheers guys!

Also. If you have insurance on your iPhone (whether from O2 or some other place) contact them to advise that you have had your iPhone replaced and provide them with the new serial/IMEI numbers so that they can update your details.
