Put your postcode into the checker O2 Service Status

If not showing any faults, download the My Network app on wifi and report it https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Yes in the uk
Nothing has changed. Woke up and it’s no longer working. I’ve tried to reset my network, removed the SIM and putting it back and the obvious...switch the phone off and on

I have been in contact with o2 and they said that they have done a local network check and have not found anything.
