My data renewed last night at midnight and my phone was switched off all night and when I got up this morning, I had apparently used 6GB of my data already even though my phone had been turned completely off all night and I’ve only just turned it on.

Please advise

Did you check your usage in My O2?

That's a ridiculous amount to use. so I suggest you give customer services a call and ask for an explanation

@Tommy2 As @Cleoriff says check in my o2 was it a warning of 80% data used it could just be a system glitch or a message being delivered as you phone was switched off

The system will probably update and may well already have done. Easy enough to check in My O2.
