Hi,
I can't seem to add top up Data this month. I've been able to do it previously, and I wonder if it's linked to the fact I'm upgrading my monthly subscription tariff from next month (to give me more data). Either way, I need to add some top up data to get me through until Aug 14th!! Please help!! K

You can't add a bolt on when a tariff change is pending.
You need to contact O2.
