Hello there,
Recently I upgraded my phone to the latest Apple update - ios 10 I believe (?) - and before then, I could get data pretty much all the time on my bus journey. Now I'm lucky if I can browse the web for 5 minutes on the same journey. Is there something I can do with the phone to make my data easier to use or will I have to ask a professional for help?

The latest update is 11.3.1 so double check and make sure you are up to date.
You can also try a soft reset of the phone by holding home and power (up to iPhone 6s) or home and volume down for iPhone 7 onwards.
If that fails to resolve, you may want to consider a full reset and restore through iTunes.

Call customer service on 202 in the morning. They have put you on the wrong data bolt on.

Cheers for the heads up @MI5 i regularly check my iPhone for software updates & it wasn’t showing anything earlier but it is now
