Custom voicemail message...

Hi, I have recorded a custom voicemessage greeting but for some reason it is not being used... anyone calling me and going through to voicemail gets a computer generated message not  my custom message. I have been in to the apple store and they say that it is and o2 issue.

Any help greatfully received...

My personal message works fine on voicemail. Have you followed the instruction here?

Personalise your greeting

Your Voicemail 901 is automatically set up with a default message that greets your callers. Or you can record your own. Here's how:

• Dial 901
• Press * for greetings and mailbox settings and then 3
• Follow the prompts

You use the same prompts to change your greeting, as and when you need to. Handy if you're away on holiday.
