Hello all,
Think an order has been placed for the iphone but the web page crashed on the apyment screen.
I have a txt confirming my order and also an email. Cant get on my o2 to look.
Anyone else had this issue?

This happened to me too. Got the email & the text. Was able to log in to My O2 earlier and could see my phone plan on my Refresh contract had been paid and that my order was processing, so I think you will be fine.

Payment has been taken and got the txt and email.
Cant get onto my o2 to check or get hold of anyone for obvious reasons.
Perhaps I will assume its all good and try when the website is working correctly

I have just had the exact same problem, payment page crashed but asking not to refresh, no confirmation regarding the order and no way of actually getting through to o2
service today has been appalling, starting to wonder why i am staying with them ............

no, it has just gone onto a screen saying payment is in progress, no loading bar at the bottom and has been like that for about 30 minutes!!
