@Erinbeveridge You need to speak to the Payment Management Team about this. If you default on your contract you will find it very difficult to get another one from any provider, and your credit rating will be severely affected.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
