Hiya am wanting to cancel my contract as I can't afford it at the moment I did phone but they didn't do much then the phone line cut off

@Erinbeveridge You need to speak to the Payment Management Team about this. If you default on your contract you will find it very difficult to get another one from any provider, and your credit rating will be severely affected.

The number to call is 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
