I have recently tired to get an iPad on contract the payment was declined but yet they still took the money out of my bank. Will I get this money back. I really do think this is terrible

It will be in your bank as reserved funds. It should be returned in a few days.

The money has only been reserved in case the contract went ahead. This deposit will be made available to you by your bank in 4/5 days @Annonamus86

Under normal circumstances it would be 4-5 days but things are taking longer now so you need to contact O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

That depends on your bank and not O2. Your bank put that money on hold in case O2 claim it.

As I said, 4 or 5 days (not including w/ends)
