Did you open your emails and accept the terms electronically?
If you have completed all the steps your order should go through for credit checks etc and if you pass you will get a dispatch email when the phone leaves o2.
If you are unsure of the order status or if the phone is in stock you should call customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

I opened the emails yes but the CCA has a signature part on it I'm not sure whether I have to sign it or not and if I do who to send it to. There is no option to accept on the emails either.

You just accept the terms and it’s all done automatically.
