Contract payment



I want to query if there is anyway I can get more date on my phone? I pay £50/£60 per month and only get 3gb of data which is awful. It doens't last 2 minutes?

You need to speak to customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or look in your MyO2.
We can't do it for you I'm afraid.

There are options for you but normally you would have to increase your tariff to get more data whilst you are in contract. 

If you don't owe much in the handset then consider paying it off and going sim only, there are much better deals on sim only.
