Connect iPhone 11 to Fitbit ionic

Just up graded to iPhone 11 can't connect to Fitbit ionic 2nd day of trying don't think I'm missing something or do Apple still have issues? Can someone HELP!!!!

I've been struggling with some Bluetooth devices too since the 13 upgrade.

Only got my phone Wednesday soon as I set it up it had to be updated to 13

It's the first update I wish I hadn't bothered with. Loads of glitches in it still.
