Collect from store

Hi!

I am a new customer to o2 and have chosen to collect my order from store. I've just noticed that my passport has expired and I have an old style driving licence without photo. 

Will the store be able to accept my passport as ID?

You’ll get a pin code emailed to you for collection so as long as you have that you should be fine.
Take some proof of address too.

@gillianmitchell As @MI5 has said, you should be fine with the PIN, but as your passport has expired and your driving license has no picture (you really should update that), a land line phone bill, or gas or electricity bill with your current address should be brought with you as backup. Always good to have that to save yourself an unnecessary return trip back to the store.
