Have you tried another cable? There maybe fluff or a foreign object in the charging port

Try blowing into the charging port to ensure there is no dust in the way.

Also, if possible, try somebody else's charger in your iPhone 6.

Is it a new phone? Have you been able to charge it fine before without problems?

It may well be that your old charger is 'comfortable' charging the old phone? it still charges after years of use.

I would do one thing first

Buy a new approved charger and test that in your new phone. If it doesn't work then maybe the charging port is faulty...

Apparently it's a refurb model so that might be a cause. @Anonymous Where did you get the refurb from? Was it o2 or direct from Apple?

Take it into your local (nearest) Apple store and ask them to check it out.

If all else fails make an appointment at your nearest Apple store and let them check it out for you. Much better than a diagnosis by Anovo going off the reports about O2's repairers

I'm getting an awful feeling that this is an o2 refurb which almost certainly means it will have been done up by Anovo
