Hi just got the I phone 7 and it has now been on charge for the past 3 hours and all I keep getting is the apple logo flashing every couple of seconds

@Anonymous Are you using an official charger? Did you get the phone from o2 or an independent?

Try connecting it to a PC with iTunes on it.
Make sure you also have an active sim in the phone.
