hi there I have recently tried to order an iPhone 15 with a 150 gb data, I had one in my basket with an extra £7 for delivery making the order total to £36.99 however I didn’t want this order so I cleared my basket and bought the same phone without the delivery charge for £30, however I have still been charged for both phone, please can I cancel the £36.99 and get refund but keep the £30 order which is due for delivery Monday 1st of Jul my phone number is +********** and my email is **Personal info**.

@Joshuagilly

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks
