Changing an order time

I’ve placed an order and I wont be available at the time it’s saying it’s going to be delivered is there anyway I can change the time?

Your best way is to contact the courier to change the time or to provide alternative delivery arrangements.
Usually if you’re not in they will leave a card so you can rearrange or go and collect from their depot.

Hi @Anonymous It could be a problem. Particularly if the courier has your device. You could ring CS and ask them https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
