Trying to register my number to check my tariff and package. Tells me my old number and will not let me change the number.

You will have a new log in for the new number. The number is already allocated to the log in details and cannot be changed by the customer.

You can#'t change the number yourself, it will update automatically in My O2. Changes usually happen at midnight. You can call O2 if the system doesnt change.

As for the phone you can change the number in the settings.
