Hi. I purchased a Apple phone but I changed my minde and I want to return it back, and cancel my payment plan. 

What I need to do now?

You will need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202

Bare in mind if you are over the 14days you cant not cancel, and will need to pay off the device plan in order to cancel
