I want to change name and email address on this account

Email can be changed in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 under the "Manage my details" section.
Name change needs to be done by writing in if it is you that has changed your name.
If you want to name a different person, this cannot be done.

Marriage name changes are better done in writing. Changing in an account name can only be done by closing the account and taking out a new contract.
