Change a pre-owned iPhone to a new one, bought it in less thank a week

Hi! So I bought a pre-owned iPhone 5s for 199 pounds in Giffgaff in "excelent conditions". It's not excelent because I can notice it was already used by someone, it has some marks and scratches.I noticed after the day I bought it that the exact same model was available at the sime price but new. Can I change the phone that I already bought for a new phone, another iPhone 5s but new? They are at the exact same price, and I don't think it's fair to pay the same amount of money for an used phone and for a new one. Can I return it and have a new phone? I bought it in less thank a week.

You have 14 days to return it under the change of mind policy.
You will then need to order a new one separately.

They will return your money but it usually takes around 2 weeks after you have returned the phone before you see the money.
I guess it's worth a try calling CS to see if they will just do a straight exchange, but I doubt it.
