Been trying to get cellular activated on watch for months. Back and forth to engineers. Latest error code is 08 does anyone know what this is??
My account says I am paying for the data plan but it’s not activated

If your data plan isn't activated then you need to speak to O2 @Caravanner65 

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Basic requirements which must be met first:

1 - iData must be activated on your account by customer services.

2 - you must be using iData apn settings.

3 - WiFi and 4g calling must be activated and working.

4 - Any previously connected watches must be removed from your account by customer services.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It has been escalated to complaints dept now
