Carrier update for iPhone 5

Can anyone tell me what models the latest O2 carrier update is available for?

My mum has an iPhone 5 and her carrier is still 18.0, but mine updated to 18.1 a few days ago.

I have followed the instructions here: http://www.o2.co.uk/iphone/settings but it says there is no update available.  Does that mean that it is not available for the iPhone 5 or is there a problem with the phone?

Thanks for reminding me @MI5 (I have a memory like a goldfish)

Do you have suggestions on how to update it? Can it be done manually?

No you can't.

It's  a staggered rollout.

Hmmm that's strange.

I guess they must roll the update out slowly.

Thanks for letting me know @Anonymous

I guess she'll just have to wait.

What's confusing is that I got the prompt for a carrier update and performed it leaving me on 18.0
