I signed up to Spotify and charges are coming through my mobile bill. Do not want this service anymore - how do I cancel? I searched entire website and cannot find where I can cancel. Thank you!

You can cancel from the settings within the spotify app.

I have looked at spotify outside o2 and I'm not subscribed so it's with o2. How do I cancel it? Thank you

Open settings in the Spotify app and you can cancel your subscription in there.

It will cancel it regardless of how you pay for it.
