Cancellation of contract

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've moved abroad to New Zealand and would like to cancel my O2 24 months contract which expires in May 2016. Please would you help me do so? I have chosen not to call as the time difference in Nz is 12 hours ahead... Thanks

You will have to either pay your device off if on refresh or pay to the end of tour contract if a normal tariff.
Even with the time difference it is still advisable to call to do this properly.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
