Can't turn on wifi calling on iPhone

Hi,  I go in Settings > Phone > wi-fi calling > slide the toggle on. It comes up with an enable wifi calling message > click enable > then another message comes up with 'to allow wi-fi calling on this account, contact o2 > click go to website

Website tells me to add wifi and 4g calling using my o2 under device details. When I go to this it refers me back to the wifi and 4g calling instructions.

Please help!!

You need to call customer service to have wifi calling enabled on your account and also you need to then activate it through the My O2 app @bmoore

You need to call O2 to enable it account side first.

or Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
