So I have had an iPhone 8 for years I have been having trouble with it for ages and it broke yesterday, I can’t access the phone at all as it won’t turn on but I brought a new phone.
The new phone won’t let me transfer my data as the email used for my iCloud is my mums old work email which she doesn’t use or remember the password for, obviously I can’t set it up using my old phone or phone number as I can’t access my old phone as it’s broken. It says they will get back to me within 24 hours and send an email to that email address but I can’t access that email as explained above.
Anyone know how I can it access my new phone and transfer the data another way?
