Can't receive calls or make calls.

Hi guys, I just recently had additional charges to my monthly bill, so O2 stopped me for receiving or making calls. So basically can't do anything with the phone without wifi, I paid all the bills but still can't make or receive calls. I have switched off my phone a lot already. If anyone knows any other thing I can do.

If you have only just paid today it may come back online at midnight as the system updates then....

You need to contact Cs to have services turned back on.

From a landline 0344 8090202 Standard UK Rate

Or use some bodies phone that has an O2 sim in it and dial 202
