I have been without my iPhone for almost a month now following blunders by DHL and Apple. I am still paying for a service that I cfannot make full use of? Apple Customer Service just keep fobbing me off with excuse after excuse, is there any way we can access an Apple Rep or Senior Management figure?

If you have asked Apple to repair your phone then you need to keep trying with them @Raymondo68.

If you used o2 repair (who then sent it to Apple) then try o2 customer services - use one of the numbers in the guide below.
